About CrossFit Centurion

CrossFit Centurion is a full scale strength & conditioning gym located in the east area of Sacramento County. CFC is owned and operated by Ian and Allison Carver, both of whom are long time athletes and certified CrossFit Trainers with a passion for fitness, proper diet and a desire to provide the best personal training for their clients through the proven methods of CrossFit.

CFC provides high quality, personal, hands on coaching and mentoring to help our clients achieve their fitness goals, optimal health and gain confidence in themselves.The goal of CrossFit Centurion is to provide clients with the best personal training and coaching available in a motivating and enjoyable atmosphere where dedication, desire and determination are rewarded handsomely with elite fitness. All of CFC's trainers are well educated and never stop learning about how to improve human performance and make people live healthier more fulfilling lives.

We talk the talk and walk the walk, the same as our clients. Like the Roman Centurions did, we lead from the front!
