Ben’s Bio
Ben was first introduced to Crossfit when he attended the Sheriff’s academy in 2007 where it was a part of the rgular PT sessions. Ben is a testimony to the efficacy of the CrossFit methodology having lost forty pounds and is now in the best shape of his life. Ben finds his fitness and strength as a huge benefit to his professional career in law enforcement as well as athletically. After seeing such great results, Ben decided to share his love of CrossFit with others looking to make life changes by getting his CrossFit Level 1 Trainers Certification and becoming part of the CrossFit Centurion coaching team.
In addition his L1 CF Cert, Ben also has attended Greg Everett’s two day Olympic lifting seminar to broaden his knowledge base of Olympic Weightlifting and has found himself hitting new PR's.
Ben is also a competitive athlete in and outside of CrossFit. Ben has competed in such events as the Crossfit East Sac “SacTown Throw Down, Tough Mudder, and in the Police and Fire Olympic in submission grappling.
Ben truly has a passion for Cossfit and improving human performance and wants to help you achieve your fitness goals!
