Jason’s Bio
Jason is a full time police officer with the City of Elk Grove after having spent 5 years with the Sacramento Sheriff's Department. Over the past 5 years at EGPD, Jason has worked in patrol, POP, and has a current assignment to the SWAT team.
Jason's job requirements and his natural love and ability at sports and competition led him to CrossFit in late 2009. Jason had previously trained at Velocity where he thought he was capable and ready for anything. CrossFit changed that opinion quickly and Jason quickly took to the competitive side of CrossFit, as well as applying the benefits to his job and to the Police and Fire Games "Toughest Competitor Alive" event, where he has taken silver and gold medals. Jason has competed in numerous CrossFit competitions and has done very well, utilizing his strenght and determination to remain a threat.
Jason is an exteremely knowledgeable coach and makes every effort to learn as much as possible about human performance, anatomy and physiology, training methods and diet so he can be a better coach. Jason uses his knowledge base at every class he teaches and his clients are proof of it.
Jason is a certified Level 1 CrossFit Trainer and is continuing to broaden his coaching and teaching base for the benefit of CFC.

I bought a ticket for the throwdown but unfortunately I am unable to attend. I do not want this ticket to go to waste, so free to a good home. If you're interested, let me know and I will forward the email confirmation.
