Welcome to 2010! I hope your New Year was memorable and fun. We are looking forward to a great new year at CFC!
No Class today. Rest and recover.
Classes will be from 10 AM- 2 PM on Saturday and Sunday! Yes, Sundays are now an "Open Gym" day where you can work on a specific skill or make up a missed WOD. All workouts will be supervised by CrossFit trainer, Andy M.
I came across this article from T-Nation on Dietary Fats and weight training. It's a good piece with some pretty sound advice in it that you may have heard before. Again, it's something to try and tweak to make it work for you, but as the article points out, "don't fear the fat!"
Allison is spear-heading the next Paleo Challenge, lovingly called the "Cut the Crap Challenge". It is starting on 1/4/10 and will run until 4/4/10. There is a cash prize to be split between male and female winners. The buy in is $20 and all results will be measurement based. We will be posting some links, Paleo info and other info about the challenge in the next day!
