Here's a good way to kick off the weekend.If jumping is not going to work for you due to skill or injury, please do step ups.


 

The CFC pull up structure is about to be re-built, so please bear with us if and when it is out of commission for a couple days. It will be outfitted with special Kee-Klamp secure fittings to get rid of the slowly fatiguing threaded joints. If you need to do pull ups for warms ups or strength work, use the rings - they are a real treat!
