REST DAY!
Nice work to everyone this week with their workouts and steps toward new beginnings in 2010.
We apologize for not having the gym open Saturday afternoon. We had a schedule change and a miscommunication on coverage for the rest of the day. Sorry!
So there is no confusion on the weekend schedule, I want to clarify the times and format. Saturday the gym is open from 10 AM - 2 PM. The 10 AM class is a group CrossFit training session like normal. From 11 - 2 PM, the gym is open on an "Open Gym" format where you may come in as you like at any time to work on skills, strength, or make up a missed WOD. If no one there by 2 PM, Andy will be locking up and heading home.
Sundays are an "Open Gym" from 10 - 1 PM. Same rules apply as Saturday. Come in when you like, get your swerve on, and then head out. We are going to try the Sunday schedule out for a fw weeks and see if it is worth it to turn the lights on and have Andy come down there on his own time. If the participation is really low or lacking, we will can it and go back to Sunday's being closed entirely.
