Ouch - Fun stuff....
Here is a good video defining the distinction between the press, push press and push jerk. The Push Jerk is often referred to as the Power Jerk. For Oly lifters, a Jerk automatically denotes a split jerk and a power jerk is what most of us know as a Push Jerk. Remember, bar on shoulders, vertical & short dip, drive, push yourself under the bar, catch in a partial squat to facilitate the bar being locked out.
The following video has nothing to do with CrossFit, but I laugh my ass off every time I watch it...stupid, but funny....
