ME work today. I will be subjecting you all to a new lfiting template to help improve your strength and add some mass. In order to do this correctly, you must stay on course and go by the percentages. These numbers/percentages will be taken from 90% of your 1RM. So, technically speaking, you will be lowering your 1RM by 10% and using that number to compute your workout percentages. Warm up with a few set of each movement at lighter weight. Do the first set at 65%, rest for a couple, do the next at 75%, rest for a couple, then load for the last set at 85%. The trick here is that the last set is an AMRAP with 5 reps being the minimum. So, bang out as many reps as possible on the last set and record that number. Please make sure you have a spotter with you for each of these movements!! If your spotter helps with a rep, it doesn't count.

Finish with some core work in the form of half moons. Stretch and call it a day since tomorrow looms with more fun!

For all of our CFC folks going to the NorCal Qualifiers in March, I am feverishly working on your programming template, so fear not. In the meantime, keep doing what you have been (hey, it's obviously working!) and work on your weak skills. We have plenty of time, so don't sweat it.

"Yeah, 2 weeks into this program and I have been getting amazing strength results so far. On Friday Ill be starting week 3 of this program and looking forward to the challenge of the workout as well as seeing my strength numbers increase again. However, It probably helps that I am Paleo bulking while washing it down with chocolate milk. Yup"
