For the next couple months, ME/Barbell work will be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you want to get strong, fit and fast, be there. If not, you can work around it. Remember, getting fit and healthy requires commitment and tenacity. Talk is cheap, so if you've been slacking the time is now to get in and make up ground to reach those goals! We are working a new ME template and it's going to be easier to run on those dates. It'll be a hoot!
The Paleo Challenge sounds like it is going well. We are hearing good things from people about how they are feeling and reacting to the program. We are stoked to hear that everyone is putting 110% into it and getting results back already. Keep up the awesome work!
New MedBalls and training barbells are in! A big thanks again to all of you for the bitchin' Christmas gift to allow us to get these goodies. Thanks to for the equipment!

"12:33...While catching my breath during the WOD I, enjoyed watching Jon and Amy blast this one. Amy could swing the 55LB kettlebell and still probably beat everyone. She clocked in just over 9 minutes. The only thing that surprised me today was Jon, didn't wear his weighted vest...I guess he was running on regular unleaded today. He still clocked in at 10:07. Late."
