"Attention Ian, Rob, team 10 and all other CFC peeps. I will be doing max lifts on Wednesday or Thursday at 10am. It will include Squats, Bench press, Shoulder Press and Deadlift. After watching AC from 70s Big, courtesy of Rob it got me inspired. Not only will you get to see some heavy lifts but you will see me sporting a 70s outfit and the first in my fashion couture. If you miss it hopefully Ill post some pics on the forum. Cheers."
