Bench Press
3x70%
3x80%
3+ x90%
Squats
3x70%
3x80%
3+ x90%
(All percentages based off of 90% 1RM.)
A1. 3x10 - Good Mornings (95/55)
A2. 3x10 - Half Moons (25/15)
Rotate back and forth between A1 & A2 until session is complete. Not for time - ROM and strength.
Work the barbell movements as outlined above. If this is your first cycle through, go back to last week's and start with the 5 reps and then move forward. Remember, the final + set is done for a minimum of 3 reps, open ended for max reps. Record your max reps and weight. Once you are done, rest for a few and finish with some Good Mornings and Half Moons. 3x10, rotating back and forth at a comfortable, but not hellacious tempo.
