3 Rounds
400m Run
15 Thrusters (95/65)
15 Pull Ups
15 Box Jumps (step ups as sub)
15 Lunges - Per leg
Finish with some skill work for the day - Double Unders, Handstand Push Ups, Ring work, etc. Then STRETCH!!
We are going to start the next On Ramp Class on 2/1/10. If you or anyone you know may be interested in getting started with CrossFit at CFC, now is the time and this is the way to do it! Andy is running the box today. Morning CF Class is at 10 AM. After that it is Open Floor time until 2 PM. Be there before 2 PM if you plan on working out, making up a missed WOD, or doing some skill or strength work.
