Skill Work - Handstands & Handstand Push Ups
If it's wet outside, use the rower and stagger starts. If not, suck it up and run. Practice your KB swings prior to the WOD. Do 2 sets of 20 regular grip then 10 Left hand Swings and 10 Right hand Swings. This will work to hammer home the hip action needed to create the swing. You'll be fine, trust me.
