A1. 3x 10 Good Mornings (add 5 Lbs total to last weeks weight)
A2. 3x 30 Half Moons (15/25) -15 per side
Rotate back and forth between A1 & A2 until the cycle is completed 3 times. Not for time, so rest where needed.
OK, we are at the end of the first cycle. Same rules apply. Do the movements in this order since Squats are more systemic and should be done first. For those who have been consistent in this progression, we will be making adjustments to 1RM's for the second cycle, so stand by for more excitement!
We are now back from our mini "vacation". As such, today we will be returning voicemails, texts, and emails we received while gone. If you have not heard back from us yet, don't fear, we will get back to you ASAP. Thanks.
