10 DB Squat Cleans (35/25)
10 DB Lunges (Total)
10 Thrusters
Use one set of DB's the whole way through. Do the cleans, then lunge, then do the Thrusters...if you can....
Finish up and work on some skills. Handstand holds, Handstand Push Ups, Double Unders, whatever you suck at, work at.
The noon class was a complete flop for us this past week. As such we will be looking closely at attendance during this class over the next week. If we are not seeing a consistent use of this time, we will either scrap the time slot altogether, or if we do keep it, we will use the MindBody Online scheduler to have people schedule their workouts at that time. If you like the noon class and want to use it, then please do. If you have feedback on this issue, feel free to post them in the comments or send us an email.
Andy and Allison will be at the box for the morning session. After that, Andy will be at the gym running the "Open Gym" session until 2 PM. Please be there prior to 2 PM if you plan on working out later in the day.
I always enjoy reading the articles Jon Gilson writes for Again Faster. This one named "Dangerous" is my favorite. Read and enjoy.
