REST DAY!

Recover, more fun is right around the corner.


We are constantly  talking about removing grains from the diet to alleviate the toxic reaction caused during the digestive process due to lectins and glutens. Here is yet another good piece on why you should start removing grains from the diet.

"Well...Andy has done it! That's right people...Andy just PR'd on his Back Squats and Press. And yes Dad, we got it all on video!

Andy went from a 315lb Back Squat to a whopping 365lb! Who said the strength program didn't work!!! And for his Press, Andy previously lifted 185lbs; today Andy pressed 200lbs.

Andy kicked A$$ and took names!! Great Job ANDY!!!

I on the other hand, cleaned 225lbs and nearly knocked myself out on the split jerk. Next time!!! And next time...I should be able to get 235lbs...225lbs was easier than I thought!"
