Tabata Funk

20s on - 10s rest for 8 rounds per movement
Total working time: 4 Min/movement & 16 Min total
Transition between exercises immediately upon completion of 8 rounds

I am so busy I can barely keep track of my personal going's on, much less some of the other stuff that goes into running CFC and prepping for the NorCal Quals and CF Games. One of the things I completely missed was the CF Games Affiliate Team registration, which opened on 2/1/10 and is now waitlisted. They are saying they are going to make room for those on the waitlists, but that will soon run out. That being said, I am willing to put up the entry fee for a team if, and only if, we have at least 3 dedicated, hardcore, no excuses men & women who want to go for it. If we have more, we will run try outs prior to the selection event at Regionals. If need be, I will gladly waive my spot and be a coach if we have alot of people who want to do it. You must be able to do the movements as RX'd. You should know what your weaknesses are and you have until May to get them dialed in. If you buy in, I fully expect you to commit and make it happen and not back out in the 11th hour leaving me to find a replacement. The Regionals where selection will occur will be on the weekend of 5/8-5/9/10 in Orange County. 

THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT!! I need to know who would be up for going as a CFC Affiliate Team to the CFG Regionals May 8-9, 2010. ANYONE who is interested needs to send me an email ASAP so I can make a decision as to whether to register or not. I need a response from folks by 2/16/10 or kiss it good-bye.
