This is the last heavy week of ME Cycle 2. Next week will be an unloading phase. We will do some 1RM tests following the rest.
I have so far received a pretty good response for the Affiliate Challenge. I will be putting our team on the waitlist and paying tomorrow. If anyone else is interested, let us know. We have met the minimum requirements so I can at least go forward. Start dialing it in!
Speaking of dialing it in, the SacTown Throwdown recently provided me with a status check on where we are and where we need to be. We are doing well and continuing towards better!
