"Jennie - I think it's 24" but I was drinking heavily when I made it, so it could be slightly different....."

"Left- he appears to be in a proper stance with his head and body in line creating a stable mid section.
Middle- he is leaning forward in this photo. by starting off balance like this it will only compound when the weight goes overhead. he will either step forward to get center under the weight or drop it.
Right- he is leaning back in this photo creating strain on the lower back that may cause injury. this can happen when an individual attempts to heavy of a weight."

"Hey Ian,
Is our bench for box jumps 20' or 24'?"

"So...in the first frame, it appears that the elbows are not pushed out far enough which affects his front rack position. I cannot tell if he has his feet in proper position. In the second photo he's leaning forward which indicates he didn't dip properly propelling him forward. Also, again the elbows seems low. Finally, in the third photo, he's leaning back which cannot be good for your back or your ability to use your momentum to push that bar upwards."

"My 12:56 was done almost 11 months ago, pre paleo, so I expect some fast
times today to knock that time off the board!"
