10 Pull Ups
40 Wall Ball
8 Pull Ups
30 Wall Ball
6 Pull Ups

Good times! Ass to ankles on the Wall Ball or it's no go. Make sure you get some good DROM warm up in - duck walks and shoulder/lat work to prime the system.
