WOD 5/27/10

Squats - 5x5 (Increase from last session)

Rest

5 Rounds

7 DB Hang Squat Cleans (35/25)
100m Sprint

I can smell the burning flesh now! Notice the cleans start from the hang and are full squat, so no power cleans. Then put down the DB's and sprint 100m - notice I said "sprint".

"CF East Sac has a great link on shoulder mobility on their website today. Should check it out if you have limited shoulder ROM like I do."

"Some of our female clients were concerned that if they started the strength program they would morph into a large mass of muscle. The young lady is thin, fit and really strong…and just happens to be throwing young men around like ragdolls."
