We still want more feedback from clients about the retention of the 10 AM classes, or if needed, having sign ups for them. Thanks to those who took the time to respond. For others, please speak your part if you are interested in that class time.


We will be closed on Monday - Memorial Day. We will resume normal business operations on Tuesday at 10 AM. Thanks for your cooperation!


Kelli has been on a competitive roll lately. She's done runs, obstacle course challenges, and the STAR6 run last weekend. Her work ethic is paying off in great athleticism and confidence. Nice work!

"Who cares about the fees?? Did you see the course?? Yesterday when I said it sounded fun that was BEFORE I checked the website! 7-12 miles at 6000-8000 feet elevation climbing over school busses, through 400 foot tunnels (hello claustrophobia!) and al sorts of other crazyness. Yeah... not my idea of fun. I'm out! Crazy fools! You guys will have a blast!"

"Saturday hours will be changing (Drum roll)…Many members have asked if we could start Saturday WOD’s at 9 am, thereby allowing them to tackle the day a little earlier. They told us all these lame excuses: had to do yard work, had to take the rug rats to a soccer game, had to go to work and the list goes on… What is more important people…That’s right…CROSSFIT CENTURION! Finally we agree on something, besides chocolate milk.

So, starting this weekend, May 29, 2010, Saturday’s hours will change to 9 am to 1 pm. Hopefully, this small modification will help our members out and help brighten their Saturdays.

"I also almost always attend the Saturday 10AM classes and would really hate to see those go away. I also attend a few weekday 10am classes per month if my work schedule allows and would be happy to sign up in advance.

"I already mentioned this to Ian yesterday but I would hate to see the 10am class go (11am class is too late most of the time for me). I would have a very hard time getting to the gym if that happens. I would be more than happy to sign up to come in or text you both if I'm planning on coming in or not."
