We recently posted a “Goals” board at the box. We are asking the members to write down their goals for this quarter. The goals must be tangible, specific and obtainable. Please take the time to think of some lifts, workouts and/or some movements you would like to improve on. Again, keep the goals realistic, tangible and specific…you will be held accountable for your goals. Justin at http://www.70sbig.com has a great post today about “Goals”.
