This WOD is courtesy of a co-worker of mine. It looks easy, but you know how that goes. The hardest part of this workout will be the Turkish Get Ups. Your shoulders and mid-section will be fried. It is imperative that you remain extremely active in the shoulder in this workout and continually look up towards the weight to keep the shoulder stable.
