Thank you for stopping by and/or joining our forum board. Here are some rules and regs we would appreciate all users to abide by when visiting and/or posting to our site. Membership to the CFC website and forum board indicates your reading of and consent to this policy:

1.  Nicknames are okay, but we’d also like to know who you really are once in a while so we don’t think your some troll stalker.
2.  Don’t use mulitple aliases. We can see the IP address of the posters, so we know if it’s the same person with a different name. You will be banned if caught.
3.  The goals of this discussion board are to expand our understanding and knowledge of fitness and physical training, and to encourage each other in our pursuit of our personal fitness, particularly in regards to CrossFit, strength training, and Olympic weightlifting programs. If these are not your goals, you may find another discussion site more suitable.
4.  That being said, don’t drag sexuality, politics, religion, or other topics, offensive or otherwise, into discussion that may possibly create a tense or heated environment.
5.  Don’t spam this site with advertising or endorsements or other crap, don’t use it as a personal soapbox, don’t use it for trash talking other sites, trainers, gyms, etc.
6.  We require a high level of respect to be shown at all times to other users of the board. Insults (either direct or indirect), harrassment, bickering, and flaming of any kind will lead to suspensions and/or banishment from the board and closing of posts.
7.  Polite disagreement and subsequent discussion is fine and a good tool to help all parties further their knowledge base and understanding. Just keep it professional.
8.  Preview your posts to make sure they are fit for others to read, do your best insofar as topics, grammar, and spelling, and try to refrain from “text speak” (“U” instead of “you”, “schdl” instead of “schedule”, etc.).
9.  Copyrighted Material - you may link to objects of someone elses, however, please make sure the links are relatively clean and family safe, are open to public dissemination, and you give proper credit to the author/owner if qouted and/or used.
10. No whining!

CrossFit Centurion Admin reserves the right to delete, lock or move posts for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to, the aforementioned rules.

CrossFit Centurion Admin reserves the right to ban any poster on this site for a violation of the aforementioned rules. Anyone skirting the line will be notified once, and then permanently banned.

Please enjoy the site and post whatever you think may be of benefit to your CFC friends and family. Use this board as a place to exchange ideas, engage in discussion, and motivate each other.
