It probably doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out CFC is growing at a nice consistent rate. Our retention rate is high and we consistently add a few new faces each month. Sooner than we know it, we will need a larger box, which in this day and age is a great problem to have. We will cross that bridge when we get there, but for now we will keep our current space full and keep on giving our clients the best we can in training.

With that in mind, we will be in need of other folks who wish to become trainers at CFC in the future. Having a cadre of folks who like to work with others to achieve their goals would help us tremendously. It would allow us to branch out and do more for our clients as we would have the time to take on that many additional tasks I have in the hopper, and it would provide a well rounded group of folks to help train people. Beyond that it would keep Allison and I fresh and allow us to have some more breathing room from time to time. Just the couple of folks helping us out right now is a tremendous relief.

If some of you are interested in the possibility of working with us as we grow, please talk to Allison or I. We can fill you in on what you’d need to do and what exactly we’d like to see to ensure that our services maintain a high quality. I know many people out there probably don’t think they are up to the task or know enough, but you’d be surprised at what you do know already and, as with anything, it just takes getting in the mix and educating yourselves to become comfortable in any new role.

Think it over and let us know. This is something that we will NEED to fulfill in the future, so if you are up for it, start thinking ahead now.

Keep up the great work and thanks for being part of our business and our lives!!

COUNT ME IN!!

Qualifications:  Crime fighter…both real and imaginary (mainly, imaginary), smooth talker, easy on the eyes, easy going, polite, professional, business minded, clean, neat and all around nice guy.

P.S. I have no physical ability, but I’m willing to try anything once!

I vote for Buddy to become a CFC trainer.  He has no problems giving me directions.

Sacbee.com:

Entire Local CrossFit Gym contracts Rhabdomyolysis

Sources close to several box members state there were reports of a tattooed, bespectacled trainer yelling foul names and withering abuse at sobbing patrons.  Several had to be resusitated at the scene.  Reports indicate the subject fled the scene prior to rescuers arrival and was last seen travelling nortbound on Sunrise Ave screaming “Pick up the pace you sandbagging p***ies!!!!“ at disabled patrons of a nearby Costco.

Story developing.
