How many miligrams of fish oil should I be consuming on a daily basis?

You should be taking a fish oil high in DHA and EPA.  Your DHA and EPA intake should be around 3,000mg’s a day. 

A good product which meets this requirement is: Flameout by BioTest.  You can find the product on Amazon.com.  Only one problem, it’s pricey.  It’s around $29 for a 90 capsule bottle (a month’s supply; 6 capsules daily).

Remember fish oil is readily available, so you can purchase one that suits your needs and just adjust the number of capsules to meet the 3,000mg’s.

Getting ready to start week 4….I cant say enough about the program. I have made myself a full detailed calendar (that I dont mind sharing). I love knowing what I am in for, for the weeks to come…..guess that’s a control issue I have. I feel great sore, but my back and knee feel wonderful. I know I have increased strength and have lost a few pounds of body fat! I am busting my ass with both the strength and metcon wods! I have increased protein and add 2% milk w my shake post wod. I personally have choosen 2% for post wod due to the fact tha we do want to much fat right after a workout! I had to pick up the lactose pills but it seems to help a ton! Anyways for anyone on the fence….take that leap, quit ur excuses and start lifting sum heavy shit! ~alleycat

So I am sitting here living on heavy meds at the moment and can’t wait to stay lifting again, I am dreamt about it last night….but it also included unicorns and flying monkeys with lots of colors but whatever. Can’t wait to start back with you guys along with some crossfit endurance wods.
