Here’s a guy squatting 772lbs..WOW! Look at his form…He’s got a nice wide stance, toes pointed out at a 30 degree angle, bar resting nicely on his back, straight wrists, chest is up, his trunk muscles are tight, eyes are looking straight ahead and he uses the natural bounce generated by the adductors and hamstrings to drive the weight up. It’s impressive.
