CrossFit Classes are group training session for people who have completed the 3 day Fundamentals Course.
The weekend classes are part CrossFit group training and "Open Floor". This means the 9 AM class on Saturday is a group training session and the next hour is "come as you like". "Open Floor" time is from 10 until 11 AM on Saturday. During this time, clients may choose to work on specific skills and/or make up a missed WOD. All sessions will be monitored by a certified CrossFit trainer to ensure proper form and safety protocols are met.
Fundamental Classes are for new clients just starting CrossFit. These classes run M/W/F evenings from 715-830 PM in and are held the first week of every month unless otherwise noted. If you are interested, you must sign up ahead of time. The cost is $125, which includes the firsst month of "3x/week" membership, and is an all inclusive program to introduce newcomers to CrossFit. Please contact Ian or Allison to get signed up and on your way to better health and fitness!
All training sessions are conducted under supervision and coaching by CFC staff, all of whom are certified and insured CrossFit trainers. Any deviations from the prescribed programming must be cleared by CFC staff.
For safety and insurance reasons, children are not allowed on the gym floor or in the back office area unsupervised during workout sessions.
