Barbell Lifts

Some more heavy lifting by The Scott, Crazy Ivan and Jimmy!

 

Wayland, Andy and Rob followed a 12 week strength program I laid out for them and then tested their new strengths by hitting some righteous new PR's!

 

"The Scott" goes for his new 1RM lifts after some hellacious CFC strength programming. It obviously paid off!

 

Rob goes for a 385 Lb Back Squat and almost nails it. A slight bit of forward weight transfer on the way up cost him. Rob's strong as hell, so he'll get this real soon!

 

Jimmy pulls 405 like nothing, then asks if it was "okay" !
